Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent and includes 25 monitors, 3-minute check intervals, 3 monitoring regions, 1 public status page, and up to 500 status page subscribers. No credit card is required.
Do paid plans require a contract?
No. All paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account settings and you won't be charged again.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying annually saves roughly 20%: Starter drops to $9/mo, Team to $24/mo, and Pro to $124/mo when billed yearly.
Can I try a paid plan before committing?
Yes. Starter, Team, and Pro plans include a free trial. You can explore all features during the trial period with no charge.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Existing monitors continue running uninterrupted while the upgrade processes.
Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?
Yes. For organizations needing more than 1,000 monitors, custom SLAs, SCIM provisioning, or dedicated support, email [email protected].
Is SSL and domain monitoring included on all plans?
SSL certificate and domain expiry monitoring are available from the Starter plan and above. The Free plan does not include these check types.
Which alert channels are supported?
All plans include email alerts. Starter adds Slack. Team adds Discord, webhooks, SMS, and phone calls. Pro includes all channels plus priority support.
