Inviting your team

StatusOwl is built for teams. Every organization can have multiple members, each with fine-grained permissions.

Roles overview

• Owner — Full access, including billing and org deletion.
• Admin — Manage monitors, integrations, and members (except billing).
• Member — View dashboards and acknowledge incidents. Cannot modify monitors.

Sending an invite

1. Go to Organization → Members.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter the email address and select a role.
4. Click Send Invite. The invitee receives an email with a one-click accept link (expires in 72 hours).

Managing members

From the Members page you can change a member's role or remove them from the organization. Removed members immediately lose access to all dashboards and receive no further alert emails.
